Background:
The first training for potential grant beneficiaries of IPA cross-border programmes in Albania, organized by CBIB project in cooperation with Albanian Ministry of European Integration and Regional Council of Elbasan took place on 16th and 17th September in Elbasan.

The second round of trainings for Potential Beneficiaries of IPA CBC Programmes for former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, took place on 15th and 16th September in the premises of Hotel Millenium in Bitola.
